NOTE: Small items can not be delivered to Australia Post Parcel Locker.
Vanguard3d doesn't make promises on delivery times as these resources are controlled by third-party companies e.i Australian Post. The standard delivery times are between 4-7 days depending on your location.
Cancelation of orders during shipment
I now see the longer delivery time of (a part of) my order. How can I cancel it?
Unfortunately, once an order is on route and has experienced delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we regret to inform you that it cannot be canceled. We understand the inconvenience this may cause, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration.
Items will be shipped by Australia Post (from Bray Park, Brisbane). Orders will usually be shipped within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) after a cleared payment. All parts are plastic and 3d printed, no battery included. Brand new. Sent with Australia Post Standard Small Box/Satchel. Standard shipping will usually take 3-8 business days, extra 1-2 days of possible delays during COVID-19 events. Express Service is offered as an option for the listing, please select it on checkout if needed. Or Standard parcel service is applied for free. Express Service usually takes 1-3 business days for delivery if the postcode is covered by the Australian Post Express network. Shopify, Amazon, eBay's ETA after ordering may not always be accurate as it doesn't take into consideration potential delays. By ordering from us, you accept these terms.
Please note that delivery times may increase due to your location, and any adverse weather conditions, COVID-19 events we are experiencing. If you need the item quickly, please choose the Express Post option.
Due to COVID-19 events, Australia Post standard delivery times may be longer than usual.
Orders will be shipped out to the buyer's Shopify, ebay registered Address from our Brisbane warehouse within 1-2-3 business days after payment is cleared. So if you buy it today, we will send it the next day or the day after.
Tracking:VG3D is not liable for any loss, theft or damages to items during shipping/ delivery.
All of our items are posted using tracking numbers which will be updated to your purchase details order with us so you can track your order at any time with peace of mind.

Haven't received your order yet? No worries, Australia Post or some courier areas might take a bit longer so please contact us and we will chase it up for you. But we do make sure to send your order out asap to avoid any delays of course.
If you are given a tracking number, please ensure your address is up-to-date and correct or any cost for resending will be on buyers.

Please ensure your address is within aupost's express delivery network if you choose to. We are not liable for any delay due to addresses not included in the designated area. Parcel return cost and additional postage would apply should the above occur.
Payment
Payment must be cleared within 2 days after the buyer has committed to purchase. Or the item may not be available due to limited stocks for some specific items. We aim to dispatch all products within one working day of your full payment being made. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for redelivery or redirection requests. We Only Accept Paypal on Ebay. For bank transfer, please feel free to contact us for banking details.
