At Vanguard 3D, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality 3D printer accessories and gel blaster upgrades. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. This return policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning items purchased from our store.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be unworn or unused.
  • The item must have all tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at within 30 days of receiving the product. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label.

It is important to contact us before sending the item back. Returns that are not authorized in advance will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

For international customers, please be aware that shipping times may vary, and it may take longer for your return to reach us.

Refunds and Replacements

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or replacement. If the item is eligible for a refund, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that if the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria or is damaged due to inadequate packaging, the refund amount may be reduced by up to 80%.

In the case of a major product failure or if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or refund.
